WTW insurance packages are fit for purpose, meaning whether you are looking to cover your post office in its day-to-day operations, operations as a mail contractor or vehicles used for postal services, there is an option for you.

The Licensed Post Office Insurance Package is fit for your post office and consists of 5 sections of cover. We have outlined the coverage under each policy that is available in the standard package.
The Mail Contractors Insurance Package consists of 5 sections of cover. We have outlined the coverage under each policy that is available in the standard package.
The Commercial Motor Fleet insurance package is designed to cover all business vehicle assets, including vans, 4WD, SUVs, motorcycles and even forklifts.
LPO Group Members are offered $20M Public Liability coverage under the LPO Group Master Policy for a competitive price, there are strict guidelines and specific terms that are offered, please read below for more details, linking directly to WTW.
After your LPO Group Membership is reviewed and approved, you’ll be invited to apply for a level of insurance based on your business activities.
When you apply for Public Liability Insurance, you must confirm that you have read and that you agree to the documents in the links below.
By proceeding to the billing information and paying LPO Group this is only an application for cover, therefore no cover is in place until your application has been approved and WTW has been in touch.
WTW will review your application within 5 days and upon the insurer’s acceptance, WTW will issue your certificate of insurance. Should there be any questions about your application WTW will be in contact with you directly.
In the unlikely event that your insurance application is not accepted by the insurer, WTW will notify you and any payments already made will be returned to you in full by LPO Group.
There are some changes around the timing of activities as a result of auto-renewal payments occurring on June 30.
For existing members that have no changes to their circumstances, your Certificate of Currency will be sent directly to Australia Post on July 1. You will then receive your copy via email prior to July 15.
For new members – once you have made your membership payment WTW will assess your application for Public Liability based on the information you have provided, should they wish to clarify anything they will call you directly. Once your application has been approved, WTW will notify you and Australia Post, and then provide your Certificate of Currency within 5 business days.

This premium is applicable regardless of when your membership is commenced throughout the period and in the event of cancellation is not refundable.
